Requirements to Board a Flight in September 2021 outside Java-Bali

The rules related to travel requirements by plane are contained in the Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs (Inmendagri) Number 40-41 of 2021 concerning the Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM) Level 4, Level 3 and Level 2 Corona Virus Disease 2019 in the Outer Regions of Java and Bali. This rule applies from 7 to 20 September. Here are the details:
1. Airplane passengers from or to cities or regencies outside Java-Bali must show a vaccine card (at least the first dose) and a negative PCR result (D-2 before flight).
2. Flights are only permitted for passengers aged 12 years and over.
3. Keep wearing the mask correctly and consistently and it is not allowed to use a face shield without using a mask
4. Validate flight requirements documents (vaccines and PCR test results) through the PeduliLindung application at the check point provided by the airport
